How do I buy direct for an order under $10,000?
This order qualifies for our certified small-business direct-purchase path (DVBE/SB-Micro #2010534) — buy direct under $10K. We do not assist with bid splitting or artificial fragmentation of requirements.
Eligible agencies may buy direct from certified small businesses under applicable small-business procurement rules. The exact procurement method depends on the agency's authority and requirements.
Review the Small-Purchase and SB/DVBE Procurement Support page.
How do I buy for a larger purchase or through a contract path?
Larger purchases typically route through the government contract path. Our team confirms the right contract path with you.
Contract terms, scope, eligibility, and pricing must be confirmed before purchase.
Review the Government Buyers Portal, CMAS direct purchase, or contact us.
What certifications does Office Furniture Express hold, and how can I verify them?
Office Furniture Express is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB-certified), California DVBE and Micro-Business certified, MBE-certified, and a CMAS contractor. Our DBE re-evaluation is in progress.
Certification status and contract information should be verified through the applicable official government source before purchase.
For CMAS contract information, see the CMAS direct-purchase page.
How does quote-based pricing work?
Final pricing is quote-based and confirmed in your written order confirmation.
Add items or request a quote through the RFQ form. We’ll confirm availability, freight/shipping, taxes, and the final delivered price in a written quote before you approve.
How does the RFQ / quote request process work?
- 01 Paste your item list.
- 02 Add delivery and service needs.
- 03 Submit the requested products or services through the Office Furniture Express RFQ form.
A team member responds within one business day. Open the RFQ form.
Can I paste a list of items instead of adding one by one?
Yes — the form says: “Paste your full item list.” Copy and paste your list from an email, spreadsheet, or existing document — one item per line if you like (include any specs, quantities, or manufacturers).
What’s the difference between delivery, certified installation, and reconfiguration?
- Delivery: Coordinated receiving and delivery planned around your site, schedule, and access requirements.
- Certified installation: A trained installation team assembles, places, and checks the work before handoff.
- Cubicle teardown & reconfiguration: Disassemble, move, resize, and rebuild systems as your workplace changes.
- Space planning / ergonomic assessment: Turn room dimensions, headcount, and workflow into a workable furniture plan. Review fit, posture, and task needs so each workstation works harder for its user.
